Bookmark Manager
Installing it on your computer or on a team server, bringing your bookmarks over, and getting the most out of it.
How it works
Bookmark Manager is a small app that runs in the background and opens in your web browser. It can run in two ways from the same download:
| Mode | For | Open it at |
|---|---|---|
| Local | One person on their own Windows or Linux computer; no sign-in | That computer only: http://localhost:5280 |
| Server | A team, on a Linux server, VM or container; sign-ins for admins and users | Your network: http://your-server:5280 |
Your bookmarks are stored on your computer or your server. Nothing is sent to us, and there is no account with us.
Quick start
- Buy and download. Your license key and the downloads are in your receipt email and on your Lemon Squeezy My Orders page.
- Install. On Windows double-click
install.cmd; on Linux run./install.sh(orsudo ./install.sh --serverfor a team server). See the Install guide. - Import your bookmarks. Export them as HTML from your browser or bookmark service, then use Settings → Import bookmarks. See Importing.
- Enter your license key in Settings (or, on a server, in Manage users). See Your license.
Which setup is right for you?
