Meeting Recorder & Library
Step-by-step guides for installing, setting up and using the app on Windows and Linux, with screenshots for every step.
How it works
Meeting Recorder & Library runs on your own computer. It has three parts:
- The recorder sits in the system tray. When a call starts in Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack or a browser, it records the meeting window and both sides of the audio. No bot joins the call.
- The meeting window opens while you record: take timestamped notes, tag the meeting, and (with Live assist) get answers from your own documents.
- The Meeting Library opens from the tray icon in your browser: transcripts with speaker names, summaries, action items, search and Settings.
Nothing is sent to a cloud service. The speech and summary AI models run on your computer (or on your own office server).
Quick start
- Buy and download. Your license key and the installer download are in your receipt email and on your Lemon Squeezy My Orders page.
- Install. Run the installer and follow the setup window: agree to the terms, enter your license key, choose how this computer handles meetings, and install. See the Install guide.
- Join a meeting. Recording starts by itself when your call starts. When the call ends, the transcript and summary appear in the Meeting Library. See Using the app.
